Why Hasn’t Your Home Sold?

Quite possibly the number one question every anxious home seller wants answered. It also might be the most misunderstood question, at least in terms of the fact that the actual answer is so simple.

Honestly, the answer 99.9% of the time when a home isn’t selling is because of the price. We might even say 100% of the time, actually.

Whoa, did we really just say that? Yes, yes indeed. Perhaps a bitter pill to swallow, but we believe in being honest and transparent.

Why do we say that price is the reason? That’s a great question. The thing is that no matter what the condition, location, size, style, or age, if the price is correct, there won’t be objections.

Buyers won’t be complaining about the outdated kitchen and tiny yard if the house is priced correctly to account for those things. They aren’t going to pass up on it due to the location if it’s listed at the right price.
